Who is behind We Buy Dubai

Every property that comes in is reviewed personally, and the person who reviews it is the person you speak to on WhatsApp. There is no call centre and no hand-off to someone you haven't met.

We Buy Dubai is being set up to work with Kamani Living, a Dubai real estate brokerage. That arrangement is subject to approvals that are not yet confirmed, so no licence numbers are shown yet. They will be published here once confirmed.

The relationship

We Buy Dubai and Kamani Living

We Buy Dubai is the name sellers find online. Brokerage services are intended to be provided through Kamani Living, subject to approvals that are not yet confirmed. Here is how the work is divided.

What We Buy Dubai does

  • Receives seller enquiries through this website and WhatsApp.
  • Reviews each property personally and talks through realistic selling options.
  • Publishes general guides to the Dubai sale process, with sources.

What Kamani Living does (once confirmed)

  • Holds the RERA brokerage registration under which any regulated brokerage work is done.
  • Signs the written brokerage agreement with you if you choose to go ahead, including any commission.
  • Handles regulated steps such as advertising permits and identity checks.

What We Buy Dubai is not

  • A licensed real estate brokerage in its own right. Regulated brokerage work is carried out through a licensed brokerage.
  • A property investment company. We Buy Dubai does not buy property in its own name.
  • A holder of money. Deposits and sale proceeds are dealt with under the sale contract and at the Dubai Land Department's trustee office, never paid to We Buy Dubai.
  • A law firm, bank, valuer or tax adviser. When a question needs one, we say so.

In Dubai, brokerage activity requires a licence and registration with the Dubai Land Department, and property advertising needs a permit. See the DLD's Real Estate Brokerage Practice Guide.

Your details

How your enquiry is handled

Exactly what happens between pressing submit and hearing back.

  1. 1

    You get in touch

Through the short homepage form, the full property form or WhatsApp. On the homepage form, the first step (community, property type, WhatsApp number and timeline) is sent when you press Continue. The second step is optional.

  2. 2

    Automatic checks

Each submission is checked for spam: a hidden trap field, a minimum time to fill in the form, a limit on repeated submissions from one connection and, where enabled, a Cloudflare Turnstile check. The website itself does not keep a database of enquiries.

  3. 3

    Delivered to one person

Your enquiry is sent directly to the We Buy Dubai advisor by email. It is not passed to a call centre or sold to other agents.

  4. 4

    Personal review and reply

The advisor reads your details and replies, usually on WhatsApp from the number shown on this website. We do not promise a response time or an offer before we understand the property.

  5. 5

No obligation, nothing shared without permission

Talking to us does not commit you to anything. Your details are not shared with buyers or investors unless you agree to it.

  6. 6

If you decide to go ahead

Any brokerage services would be provided through a licensed brokerage (Kamani Living, once approvals are confirmed), under a written agreement that sets out the terms, including any commission, before any marketing starts. The brokerage must also carry out identity and anti-money laundering checks.

  7. 7

    Changing your mind

Tell us at any time that you no longer want to be contacted, or ask us to delete your details. See the privacy policy for your rights.

Editorial standards

How our guides are written and reviewed

Our selling guides and community pages are written by We Buy Dubai. They are general information for sellers, not legal, financial or tax advice.

  • Every Dubai law, fee or procedure we state is linked to a source listed at the end of the page. We prefer official sources such as the Dubai Land Department and the Dubai Legislation Portal.
  • We don't publish prices, yields, sales figures or rankings that we cannot source.
  • “Last reviewed” is the date we last re-checked a page's facts against its sources. Cosmetic edits don't change it. Each guide lists what changed at each review.
  • We aim to review each guide at least every six months, and sooner when a fee or rule changes.

Spotted something out of date? Tell us through the contact page and we will check it against the source.
