1. Who we are
This website, webuydubaicash.com, is operated by We Buy Dubai (“We Buy Dubai”, “we”, “us”) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We decide how the personal data described here is used. For anything about this policy or your data, contact the We Buy Dubai advisor via our contact page.
We Buy Dubai is a seller enquiry and advisory brand, not a licensed brokerage. Brokerage services are intended to be provided through Kamani Living, subject to approvals. If you decide to go ahead with a sale, the brokerage will also hold your details under its own privacy policy. See how the two relate.
2. What we collect, and how
The homepage form
The short form on the homepage has two steps. The first step is sent to us when you press Continue: the community or building, the property type, your WhatsApp number, your selling timeline and your confirmation that we may contact you. The second step is optional. If you complete it, we also receive whichever of these you choose to give: your name, email address, condition, bedrooms, size, expected price and a description.
The full property form
The form on the contact page and on our guides collects your name, WhatsApp number, the property's location, type and condition, a short description and your consent to be contacted. Your email, bedrooms, size, expected price and timeline are optional.
With every form submission we also record the page you sent it from, which form or page it came from (for example “Area page: JVC”), the time, and an enquiry reference. We also record how you reached the site in that browsing session: the first page you visited, the referring website's name (not the page), and any campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source or an ad click identifier). This is held only in the page's memory, not in a cookie or browser storage, so it is gone when you close or reload the page, and it is only sent to us if you submit a form.
Our WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp with a suggested message. Nothing is sent until you press send yourself. When you message us, we receive your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name and photo (depending on your own WhatsApp settings), and whatever you send, including photos or documents. Chats are kept on our device. WhatsApp's own handling of messages is covered by the WhatsApp Privacy Policy.

If you call or email us, we receive your number or email address and whatever you tell us.
Collected automatically
- Spam and abuse checks. When you submit a form, your IP address is used to limit repeated submissions. It is held only briefly in the server's memory and is not added to your enquiry. If Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, it checks your browser for signs of automated traffic under the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
- Hosting logs. Our host, Netlify, processes technical data such as IP address and browser details to deliver and secure the website.
- Analytics, only if you accept. Google Analytics 4 is not loaded at all unless you choose “Accept” in the cookie message. If you do, it records pages viewed (with any query values removed from the address, except campaign tags) and a few interactions: starting a form, a completed form (with the form name, property type and selling timeline), form errors (the names of the fields that need attention and an error code, never what you typed) and clicks on the submit, WhatsApp, phone and email links (with where on the page they were). It never receives your name, number, email, community or property description. Google signals and advertising features are switched off.
3. How we use it
- To review the property you describe and reply to you.
- To contact you by WhatsApp, phone or email about that property, as you agreed when submitting.
- To discuss selling options and, only if you choose to go ahead, to progress a sale through the brokerage.
- To protect the website against spam, fraud and misuse.
- To understand how the website is used, in aggregate, so we can improve it.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations.
We don't send newsletters or marketing campaigns, we don't sell personal data, and we don't pass your details to other agents or to buyers and investors without your permission.
4. Legal basis
We rely on your consent (given when you submit a form or message us), on steps you ask us to take before any agreement, and on legal obligations. We aim to handle personal data in line with the UAE's Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and other applicable law.
5. Who receives your data
These service providers process data for us, only as needed for the purpose shown:

We also share data:
- With the brokerage if you decide to go ahead with a sale, including for the identity and anti-money laundering checks brokerages must carry out.
- With buyers, conveyancers, banks or trustee offices involved in a sale you have chosen to pursue, only as far as needed.
- With authorities, where the law requires it.
Several of these providers process data outside the UAE. Where that happens, we rely on their contractual and security commitments to protect it.
6. Cookies and browser storage
The website does not need cookies to work. If analytics are enabled, you are asked first. Only if you accept does Google Analytics set first-party cookies (named beginning _ga) to tell visits apart. Declining has no effect on anything else on the site. You can change your mind at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page; withdrawing consent stops collection and deletes those cookies. You can also use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
The site stores one other item in your browser: your cookie choice itself (wbd_consent, in local storage), so we don't ask again on every page. It is never sent anywhere.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you contact us again, unless the law requires longer or you ask us to delete them sooner. If you go ahead with a sale, records connected to the transaction are kept for as long as the law requires.
8. Security
Forms are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and processed on the server, and the website does not store enquiries in its own database. We use reasonable measures to protect the data we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Your rights and choices
Subject to applicable law, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent to being contacted. On WhatsApp, simply tell us you don't want to hear from us again. For anything else, contact us via our contact page. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before.
10. Children
This website is for property owners and is not directed at anyone under 18.
11. Links to other websites
Our guides link to government and other websites as sources. Their privacy practices are their own responsibility.
12. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when how we handle data changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
